manufacture’s paint and obtain the specified color **

Windows

Bronze, or painted to match siding

Stipulations:

• Houses with contrasting trim (2-tone) must exactly match the window and patio door frames or be replaced with
factory finished frames that exactly match the DRB-approved color palette for Turnbridge Cluster
• All windows and patio door frames on the same elevation must be replaced or painted at the same time, with the same
manufacturer, material and color
• All windows and door frames be replaced or painted with the same manufacturer, material and color within 5 years of
the initial replacement
• There be no change to the overall dimensions, configuration and style and frame profile (thin frames)
• The window and patio door frames be replaced or painted in conformance with the DRB-approved color palette for
Turnbridge Cluster
