Windows

All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by
the Design Review Board.

• Alside - Colors: Beige, White, Brown
a. Windows: UltraMaxx, Swing & Clean
b. Patio door: Alside 6100 series sliding patio door
• Andersen – Colors: White, Terratone, Sandstone
a. Windows: Series 200, Series 300
b. Patio door: Gliding Patio Door (Narroline and Perma-shield)
• Traco – Colors: Almond, White
a. Window: Power Two
b. Patio door: Traco Style 1230 Sliding Glass Door

Other manufacturers of windows and patio doors are acceptable if their style and design is
substantially comparable to the brands, styles and design identified in the current cluster
standard.

Trim capping (color: match or be painted to match the scheduled trim color)

1. If white, Tan, Beige, Sandstone or Almond windows are installed, all Mahogany
(horizontal and vertical) trim must be painted the same color as the siding to
reduce contrast.

2. All replacement windows and sliding glass doors be the same color.

3. If less than all of the windows and doors are replaced, all remaining windows
and doors be painted to match the replacement windows.
