Trim Capping:

• Trim capping for window and external door replacements should result in an apparent
trim width for vertical trim (or height for horizontal trim) of not more than 5/8" more than
the original trim width or height.

• White framed windows may only be installed on homes with a “Sandstone” siding color.

• If white, tan, beige, sandstone, or almond windows are installed, all mahogany
(horizontal and vertical) trim be painted the same color as the siding to reduce contrast.

• All replacement windows and sliding glass doors be the same color.

• If less than all of the windows and doors are replaced, all remaining windows and doors
be painted to match the replacement windows.
