 A minimum height of 42” and a maximum height of 51”
 Fences must be stepped to accommodate any change in grade
 Stucco fences may be replaced with board-on-board style fence
 Some fences are mounted on timber retaining wall
 Gate: to match the material, design, color and construction of the fence; and
be square, straight, and flush with the top of the fence
