Rear Fence Design

 Pressure treated board-on-board style
 No lower than 42” in height and may not exceed 8’ in height (where fence in on
retaining wall); but must be identical in height of the wing/side fences
 Fences must be stepped to accommodate any change in grade
 The bottom should be no higher than 6” above grade
 Some fences are mounted on timber retaining wall
 Rear fences may be removed (with DRB approval), but the wing/side fences
must remain
 Gate: to match the material, design, color and construction of the fence; or be
single board wit square, straight, and flush with the top of the fence
