Lights

Note: Members may use any light fixture manufacturer provided the design, finish and location
conform to the below standards

Front and Rear Entry Light Fixture

Carriage lantern style in black or bronze, with non-colored glass and clear bulbs. Overall heights for
the front lights not to exceed 18" and 12” for the rear lights. Some samples shown below.

Security Lights

Only double-headed, conical shaped, shielded fixture is allowed. Must be installed in rear location,
immediately below the roof eave or under the deck, not to replace the existing decorative lights.
No visible wiring or conduit and must be directed downwards with an incandescent or LED light
source.
