The louvered delivery slots are centered on the front entry doors, as shown below. All door
hardware must be brass or nickel finish.

Sheds

• The molded plastic may be used only for storage bins with maximum dimensions of 30"
wide x 60" long x 30" tall
• The sheds/storage bins exceeding the maximum dimensions of 30" wide x 60" long x 30"
tall to be constructed of 4' x 8" vertically grooved plywood cut to size, and have a flat roof
with 3-tab shingles to match the house roof
• The sheds/storage bins may not exceed 4' wide x 8' long x 5' high
• May not extend above the height of the fence
