Door and Shutter

All doors and shutters on the front, back, and side of the unit must be painted the same color.

• Farm House Red
• Carolina Slate
• Black

Trim Colors

All trim elements on the unit must be painted the same color. Trim elements include window
frames, trim, and mullions; storm window frames;
bay window flashing (roof) and bottom paneling; door frame, pediment, and side molding; rain
gutters, downspouts, and cap flashing on parapet walls.
