Color

The color for all elements of the decks, excluding the railing, may be an approved
color that complements the palette of the house on pressure treated wood, or any of
the colors listed below, if using the composite material (Trex):

• Havana Gold
• Island Mist
• Lava Rock

• Spiced Rum
• Tiki Torch
• Firepit
• Gravel Path
• Rope Swing
• Tree House
• Vintage Lantern

Upper-Level Decks

• Pressure treated wood or composite material in rear locations
• All elements of the deck, including the outermost edge of the railing must be
set back 6" from shared property lines
• The deck cannot exceed 50% of the rear yard
• The railing must be black simple picket wrought iron or other metal
