Windows and Patio Doors

All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by the Design
Review Board.

Windows

• Sliding windows with no grids
• White or brown windows (white replacement windows will only be approved for
homes painted a light color from the DRB-approved color palette
• Window frames must be less than 3 inches

Patio Doors

• Sliding glass doors, white or brown, with no grids, color to match windows
• French doors, Peachtree 3-panel, center door flanked by two non-opening panels,
width 108", height 6", color: white or brown, with no grids, and the frame not to
exceed 4 inches, color to match windows.
