Fences
• Board-on-board design for front and rear fence
• Front fences have trash enclosures created by fences and arbor boards that are shared between
two adjacent neighbors
• Fences, gates, and trash enclosures must be painted Olympic “Oxford Brown”
• The top of the fence is horizontal, and if the ground slopes the fence is to be stepped
• Gate is required to match the fence in material, design, height, and color
