Color Palette

Siding

2 columns of color, one gray, one brown, (all are Olympic Solid Color Stains.
Any brand of stain that matches the Olympic colors listed are permitted.)
All may be used for either siding or trim but siding and trim must come from the
same color group. Storm door, downspouts, window frames, fences colors must
coordinate with new colors.

Siding Materials

• Vinyl

• Aluminum

Stipulation:

The grooves of the siding must be 4” or 6” in a vertical pattern.
