Fences

• Left to weather naturally.
• Treated with a clear colorless sealant (Interior walls of fences
only)
• Oxford Brown
• Stained to math house siding or trim.
• If the house siding changes, the fence must be painted to match
the new siding.

Lamp Post Color:

Must be painted black.

Roofs

Any manufacturer is allowed as long as the colors and materials match.
