Chimney/Metal Flues

• Brick chimneys are permitted with the stipulation that the brick color is the
same as any existing brick used on the house.

• Flues can be encased in T1-11 and trimmed with trim boards similar to the

house. The T1-11 and trim boards must be stained in the same manner as
the house.

• The top of any flue must be painted flat black.

With the following stipulations:

• In any of the above designs, the flues or any chimney extensions must not

be higher than the minimum heigh the County code requires.
