Entry-Way Decks
• Material: (pressure treated wood, color: left to weather)
• Any entryway deck must not be deeper than 8’.
• A “skirt board” to conceal the under-structure of the deck.
• The structure of the deck must not extend onto Cocquina Cluster common
area.
