Gutters/Downspouts

Gutters and downspouts must be installed in the same locations as when the homes in
Cocquina cluster were built.

Color: See color palette.

With the following stipulations:

If the house is re-stained, the gutters and down spouts should be re-stained/painted
the siding or trim color.

Removal of gutters/downspouts are not allowed.

House Numbers

• No larger than 6” in either height or width.
• Can be made of black plastic/metal, brass (polished or antique wood)

• Wood numbers must be stained with a color from the cocquina cluster color
palette.
• The stain color must be from the same color group (Brown or Gray) as the

home.
• House numbers can be placed horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

• House numbers must be placed where they can easily be seen from the street.

• If front facing homes face away from the street, consider placing a set of
numbers on the side which faces the street or on fences (that face the street).
