Windows

 All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by the
Design Review Board

• Windows have muntin and mullions (grids)
• Shutters are optional

• Some houses have a mix of windows with and without shutters on the same elevation
• Shutter color must match front and garage door

Trim Capping:
• Trim capping not to extend beyond the sill or moldings where it meets the shingles or siding
• Trim capping: Coiled, vinyl-coated PVC aluminum, color: Bright White to match house trim
• Trim capping: Alcoa, woodgrain texture, color: Bright White to match house trim
Stipulations:
1. For partial window replacements which include trim capping, all windows on the same
elevation must include trim capping.
2. Trim capping must match the dimensions and profile of the existing trim.
3. Trim capping around bay window must match all architectural details, and
4. Trim capping must not be used for any other house trim such as fascia, corner boards, or
rake boards, etc.
