• 54’ retaining wall (6” x6” square timbers, maximum height 12” color: left to weather
• River stone (approx. 4’ W, color: natural)
• Vegetation (native sedges, ground covers, and shrubs)
Amended, to include the following changes:
• The retaining wall must be securely constructed, flat and level and set into the natural
contours of the ground and have no built-in features.
• There must be no alteration to drainage pattern that might detrimentally impact adjacent
property or existing vegetation.
• There must be no invasive plant species installed in accordance with the Virginia
Department of Conservation and Recreation invasive plant list.

Please note the deadlines listed below. You must begin your installation within six (6) months and
complete it within eighteen (18) months. Please notify your Covenants Advisor upon completion of
your project.
