Door and Shutters

Storm/screen doors are white, or match approved trim color. Hardware is polished brass

Front entry door and shutters may be painted any of the following Design Review Board-approved colors,
with the following conditions:

• No two adjacent properties can use the same color
• The door and the shutters color must match.
• Hardware is Polished Brass, as close to original as possible
• The finish of the paint must be Duration Gloss Exterior Latex Coating
