• Bi-pass/sliding glass doors: OX (operating-fixed) or XO (fixed-operating) swinging
configuration

• Out-swinging French door: OX (operating-fixed), XO (fixed-operating) or XX (fixed-fixed)
swinging configuration

• Frame widths conform to the dimensions noted below:

Top Rail: 4”- 6” Bottom Rail: 8”- 10 Stiles: Left (4”- 6”); C enter (7”- 10”); Right (4”- 6”)

• Three-panel doors have a maximum of two opening doors and one fixed door;

• The cut-out and installed size be permissible only within the existing in-swing door frame
without significant modifications to the existing door, frame size or location of the door;

• The bottom rail, stiles, and top rail of new doors shall closely match the dimensions of the
existing in-swinging door and (where applicable) sidelights;

• The materials be wood or metal (aluminum clad), paintable and painted in conformance with the
Design Review Board-approved color palette for trim in Newport Cluster;

• The trim profile fully matches the existing in-swinging door profile possible.
