Driveways
All Driveways in the Cluster must be installed or repaired with asphalt material. The Cluster is not
liable for repairs to individual homes and multiple home shared driveways. If the driveway material
requires repair or replacement, it should be repaired with black asphalt materials/black tar substance
crack fillers and sealants only.
No concrete or poured cement driveways are permitted. Black driveway sealants are also
recommended to prolong the driveway asphalt lifetime.
