All portico installations require an application to be submitted for review by the
Design Review Board.

Detail & Stipulations

 Columns: 2, Fypon, approximately 5 ½" x 5 ½"
 Rafters: 2" x 10" at 16" on center
 Roofing: 1'2" etched copper
 Trim: Fypon 1" thick

with the stipulation that the trim details, colors, materials, light fixtures, gutters/downspouts, etc. be
the same as those of the existing house and in conformance with the Design Review Board-
approved standards for Newport Cluster.
