Basement

The new Basement will
result in a gain of 900 sq. ft.
and provide more storage
for the front of house and
cleaning teams.

Additionally, the staff back
entrance staircase will be
demolished and rebuilt in a
wider and safer manner;
this will enhance service
and address safety
concerns — the staff
staircase has been the
primary location of staff
injury over the past
decade.

Beyond a new fire
suppression system and
improvements bringing
plumbing and electrical up
to code, Renovations will
also include a brand-new
hot water boiler. Existing
basement storage of
approximately 1,500 sq. ft.
will also be renovated and
brought up to code.
