(AACC) was established to support African American students.
Many African American students face unique societal and
institutional challenges in developing to the fullest extent of their
potential. The AACC strives to assist students in overcoming these
challenges and support them in their adjustments to college life
through the development of cultural awareness, academic
excellence, leadership skills, social consciousness, and personal
success. The AACC is a warm, welcoming and intellectually
challenging environment that contributes to the vitality of
campus for all students, faculty and staff.

International Student & Scholar Services Asian American Cultural Center
The International Student & Scholar Services assists the (AsACC) provides resources to enhance the University’s diversity
international student and scholar population at the university commitment through recruitment and retention efforts, teaching,
through support services and cross-cultural programs. Advisors service, and outreach to the Asian & Asian American community
are available to counsel international students on a variety of on campus and beyond. The central goal of all the Center’s
topics, such as educational needs, employment questions, programming is to assist students in exploring and defining
cultural adjustment issues, financial matters, personal their cultural identities in multicultural America. The AsACC
matters, and immigration questions pertaining to their stay provides a supportive environment for students, faculty and staff
in the U.S. The International Center lounge area may be that encourages academic excellence, personal development,
used for social programming and studying, and is an ideal community engagement, and professional leadership. The
meeting place for U.S. and international community members. Center has a library, kitchen, lounge, conference room, and a
McMahon Hall - Main Floor, Suite 183 main program room.
