seniors but their affluent children as well.
OPG views senior housing as discrete segments with unique needs. By focusing on the affluent senior demographic, we can gain a competitive advantage that positions the company for success in this growing and increasingly profitable market.
The 70+ population is expected to grow faster than any other age group—from 28 million in 2010 to 53 million by 2030.
