Brett is a founding Partner of Overland Property Group, current Chairman of the Board and President of the Kansas Housing Association. From its inception, Brett has helped shape Overland Property Group’s vision to become one of the fastest growing and most advanced development companies in the Midwest by continually searching for ways to improve OPG's existing product. As a result, OPG has won multiple industry awards and has been recognized nationally for its outstanding development work. Along with his ability to identify what factors make an apartment development successful, Brett also understands the importance of communicating those same qualities to potential residents through cutting edge marketing.

Pat joined the organization in 2005 just as lease up began for OPG’s first development. Since joining the organization, Pat has worked diligently to create new partnerships for the Company including debt and equity partners, corporate banking relationships as well as accounting and legal representation. These relationships have been the cornerstone of OPG’s success and stability during both good and bad times for the real estate industry. Pat has been instrumental in helping plan the firm’s growth both internally and externally in the form of site selection, government relations, due diligence and company personnel management. On a daily basis, he works with OPG’s construction partners and consultants to review cost, progress and quality as well as the Company’s accounting, equity and banking partners to ensure controls.

Rex joined OPG in 2007 and brings over 11 years’ experience in the land development and high end home construction markets both in the Midwest and Northeast. Prior to founding Vanier Properties LLC, Rex has worked as an Executive for several manufacturing companies specializing in supply chain management and logistics. With a dual degree from Boston College's Carroll Graduate School of Management, Rex brings a wide variety of abilities to the development. He recently developed a $25 million luxury home development in Salina Kansas. Much of Rex's experience is in the financial and business management sectors. Rex oversees the strategic direction of both market rate and LIHTC developments by working with lenders & investors to build financially sound investments.
