DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Audrey oversees and negotiates OPG's firm-wide debt and equity for Federal Low Income Tax Credit developments. Audrey has over 10 years of experience in tax credit finance, commercial real estate and community development.
Prior to coming to OPG, she was with JPMorgan Chase Bank, responsible for closing of complex equity and debt transactions as well as conventional/subsidized construction and permanent debt products. Audrey has also worked with United Fund Advisors, structuring investments and loans and tracking and evaluating the deployment of New Market, Historic and Investment Tax Credit based financing. Audrey also oversaw all financial aspects of development and acquisition activities for a privately-held real estate investment firm and participated in the closing of equity financing for Centerline, a national Low Income Tax Credit syndicator.

As part of the OPG development team, Matt works to identify new development opportunities and markets, creates the vision and plan for the development, works with City governments and media relations, coordinates pre- development due diligence as well as provides oversight of construction and property management. His innovative ideas and problem solving abilities make him a valuable asset to the OPG development team.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, from the University of Kansas.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Curt is the Chief Operating Officer of Overland Property Group. He brings 23 years of government experience in tax auditing, department reorganization, and housing experience to the firm.
Prior to coming to OPG, he spent seventeen years with the Kansas Depar tment of Revenue conducting numerous types of tax audits across Kansas and the US. including sales, personal income and corporate income tax. Other duties included reorganization of areas in the department that were in total disarray and years behind on their work. He also worked with Kansas Housing Resources for six years in the IRS section 42 affordable housing program. His organizational abilities and housing experience, which includes working with OPG from their inception, has prepared him for the fast moving development industry. Curtis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Accounting from Kansas State University..
