OPG Approach & Track Record
OPG works with cities to understand a communities needs and future plans prior to selecting a site for an affordable housing development. This approach has led to forty-six (46) LIHTC awards across 5 states including nine (9) LIHTC successful tax credit allocations in the state of Texas alone totaling over $50 million in TDHCA allocations.
OPG has a proven track record of receiving LIHTC awards.
Since the company’s inception in 2002, the firm has developed, built and managed over 2,300 units in six States. OPG has NEVER sold a property.
Our first development, The Reserves at Prairie Glen (2515 S. Ohio St., Salina KS) was built in 2005. Here is a recent Google Earth image of that property.
