Overland Property Group, (OPG), will serve as the developer for the project. OPG has over 15 years of experience developing affordable housing throughout five States and six overall. OPG has been awarded over $50 million in Federal Tax Credit for projects in nine Texas communities by TDHCA including a 2016 allocation for The Residence at Autumn Sage in Abilene.
