TDHCA EXPERIENCE
Since 2010, OPG has been awarded 9 Federal Tax Credit allocations from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs totaling over $50 million dollars contributing to the development of over 500 units of affordable and market rate housing.
OPG has two 2017 applications in Arlington and both are positioned to score highly.
