Criteria for


                  CCCI Supported Entries



                                                                                Stipend








           At the April 18, 2021 meeting, the CCCI Board approved the
           stipend for supported Chow Chow entries at shows based on the
           following criteria:



                 1.  Supported shows must be outside of a regional club’s territory.

                 2.  Supported shows will not be approved when in conflict with a CCCI
                    Regional Specialty that is within 500 miles of the regional specialty.

                 3.  The organizer of the supported entry must be a CCCI member in good
                    standing and each applicant will be limited to 2 supporting shows per
                    calendar year.

                 4.  The supported entry organizer must submit a complete request form at
                    least six months before the show to the Corresponding Secretary.

                 5.  The premium list for the show must state “The Chow Chow Club, Inc.
                    will support the entry of the breed” at the show(s).
                 6.  CCCI will reimburse the supported entry organizer up to $50/show for
                    trophies/prizes with written receipts submitted to the CCCI Treasurer
                    no later than 30 days after the show date(s).

                 7.  Prizes must be offered for at least Best of Breed, Best of Opposite,
                    Winners Dog and Winners Bitch.

                 8.  The supported show organizer will provide a report to the
                    Corresponding Secretary no more than 30 days after the show to
                     include the entry totals and the trophies/prizes offered.

                 9.  In order to have supported entries at the same shows in future years, the
                     Chow entry must be 10 or more.

               10.  The supported entry shows will be listed in Chow Life along with the
                    Regional Specialties.

               11.  The CCCI Board has the authority to approve or deny any request based
                      on prior entries, non-compliance with the criteria or other factors.
