Applicants

If any member has any information relative to
the applicants below that you would like to bring
to the attention of the Board of Directors, please
mail your comments to the Club’s Corresponding
Secretary (Brenda Howell, 2345 County Road
319, Moulton, AL 35650) within 45 days of the
publication thereof. To be considered, comments
must be signed and must be specific. After the
comment period expires, the application will be
held for action by the Board of Directors at its
next meeting. Affirmative vote by secret ballot
of two-thirds (2/3rds) of the members of the
Board of Directors present at a meeting of the
Board shall be required to elect the applicant.
The Corresponding Secretary shall promptly
notify both the applicant and the applicant’s
endorsers that an application which did not
receive the two-thirds (2/3rds) affirmative vote
by the Board of Directors may be presented
by one of the applicants endorsers at the next
annual meeting of the Club. An affirmative vote
by secret ballot of three-fourths (3/4ths) of the
membership present and voting shall be required
to elect an applicant. See Article II, Section 2
of the CCCI By-Laws effective August 2019.
