CERTIFICATION:
24 months of age or older Per 2004 action of the CCCI Board of Directors, the CCCI’s OFA database has been expanded to include
all CCCI recognized health certifications. These certifications include: OFA (Hip, Elbow, Patella, Thyroid,
PRELIMINARY HIP AND/OR Cardiac, DNA), PennHip, CERF and CHIC.
