Chow- Chow at World Dog Show
          in Leipzig (Germany) 2017

I would like to give you my personal impressions of the World
Dog Show and German Winner Show in Leipzig (Germany )
          November 2017.
As invited judge to these two events that I accepted with big
pleasure, I can only congratulate the German organizer VDH
for this fantastic work they have done to make this event
          unforgettable.
From Wednesday 8th to Sunday 12th of November , 31115 dogs
participated , not included the many dogs presented at the club
          shows.
The halls were big and the rings were of very large size , so that
there was no problem to see each dog moving in a very acceptable
          condition.
I had the big honor to judge at the German Winner Show on
Wednesday the following breeds: Schapendoes, Giant Schnauzer WDS17-BOB-WW17-BIG3- King of Egypt de Los Perros de Bigo
pepper and salt, Schnauzer pepper and salt, Black Schnauzer and
the miniature Schnauzer in white. And at the end of the day, I
got the honor to judge group 2 in the main ring, where I put up a
          Leonberger.
Friday, was the day , when group 5 was judged at the World Dog
Show . 131 Chow- Chows, males and females were presented to
Mr. Schwarz and to myself. I judged the Chow- Chow females
with a lot of pleasure. The females were all presented in good
condition and the exhibitors were very friendly and accepted my
decisions with fair-play. The work of the stewards and secretary
was very professional .Unfortunately, I couldn´t follow the
competition for best of breed and best of opposite sex chosen by
Mr. Schwarz. I had to go to another ring for judging the Swedish
Lapphund and the Lapponian Herder. But at the end of the day, by
following the selections in the main ring, the Chow- Chow got 3rd
          place on the podium.
Sunday was the last day of this really big event and I judged the
Miniature Schnauzer females in black and silver. 93 females were
presented and the pleasure, that I had the days before, was the WDS17_BOB(left)_BOS(right)
same and I enjoyed each minute of this show.
