We have had a very successful October Regional show. Now to work toward a new year and an even better show this
October. Cindy Wyett and her show committee have plans under way.
We are so pleased to be able to offer Rally as a companion event at our last two shows, and to have had nice entries and
new members join us through their interest in Rally.
We will continue to offer community education through our fun day in the park activity.
One of our goals for improving our club visibility is to do more with our chows doing therapy in retirement
communities and community events where dogs are welcome. We have been inspired by Turbo Wyett, who is a greeter
one day a week at the Reno Airport, and got to send off veterans on their recent trip to Washington, DC. Looking
around our communities, we can find ways to let our Chows be recognized as the unique dogs they are.
We are also so pleased to be able to work with our fellow Regional Chow clubs In California, and appreciate
cooperation building entries, trophy donations, and donated auction items.
Our club has made a nice donation to chow rescue efforts, and we encourage Regional clubs to contribute, and to
be team members where ever the need may be. Always searching for Junior Handlers, we want to offer them help
with a show entry and a trophy donations of a gift card, and encourage fellow Regional clubs to be always looking for
potential Juniors among their pet owners
One of our goals is to find more people to take photos so that we can take better advantage of the pages Chow Life
offers Regional clubs. We tend to get busy, and miss opportunities, unless photos are someone’s special mission.
Wishing all of you a winning new year, and a successful National 2019.

As we head toward our first anniversary since restarting our club and holding our first meeting in April 2018,
we look forward to holding our first Specialty Show in 3 years at Trenton Kennel Club, May 5, 2019. We had
many generous donations to our trophy fund, and will have some really nice trophies and hospitality items
for all who exhibit.
We will also be supporting the entry at the Bucks Co. KC on May4, 2019. Immediately following that event,
there will be a B-Match, BBQ, annual club meeting, auction, and Chow Fun Day.
We would like to thank all our friends who have supported us in our efforts to bring back our club, without
YOU, we could not have made it back so well and as quickly as we have.
To join our club, make a general donation, donate to our trophy fund or for more information regarding our
club or upcoming or past events, please visit our club’s website: www.Chow.us
