Rhonda Lynn Prince

                                             September 17, 1963 – February 1, 2020
                                      “Forever Remembered, Forever Missed”

Rhonda was an asset to the North Florida Chow Chow Club, Inc. and all those who own Chow Chows from Rhonda Prince and
Doug Dibble (Thunderbolt Chow Chows). The love Rhonda had for the Chow Chow breed began when she met Doug Dibble who
had Chow Chows. After she and Doug were together they decided to show and breed the Chow Chow under their Kennel name Thun-
derbolt Chow Chows. Rhonda’s caring for their Chows and puppies was a showering of love, when a litter was born. The care and
love she put into the puppies was evident in their temperament. She and Doug made sure the puppies had good homes and developed
close friendships with their owners as well. Rhonda was so happy when she received pictures and cards from her puppies as they grew.
“The best things in life are the people we love, the places we’ve been, and the memories we’ve made along the way.” This quote fits
Rhonda Prince. The numerous dog shows, meet the breeds and other events she planned were always a success. Rhonda eagerly
shared her knowledge about shows and the Chow Chow. Working with Rhonda was always eventful such as the occasional times
getting lost, the late nights at stores for supplies and at our annual Specialty in December each year watching the Christmas Movies
          while putting hospitality bags together.
Rhonda’s skills in decorating were always in demand and she has gladly stepped in to help with shows, even at the last minute. If you
needed a fundraiser or any kind of help Rhonda was always there to help because she truly loved every minute that involved the Chow
Chow and any event that included the breed. After Rhonda passed I spoke with her son Josh and he said “ his mother passed doing
          what she loved to do”.
Rhonda will be remembered forever because you cannot think of a Chow Chow or a dog show and her name not come up. Thank you
Rhonda for the numerous and wonderful memories you left us as well as your beautiful Chow Chows. May you Rest In Peace
as you left us way too soon.
