         their first job. Fifty fwo percent are in short-term  or casual job,  4? percent  of thenr

         worked for private establishnrent and 55 percett of thein have a monthly  basis of

         payment,  and 40 percent of them has a P350 basic pay per day. 43 percent has a P5, 000

         Pl, 000 monthly income. Seventy one percent of the participants  think their job ll.as


        relevant to their degree.

                In terms of tlieir college expedetce.  53 percent of the participarts particii:ated  in


        living-learning  communiry, they sometimes participated  in activities  rhar helped  them

        explore careel'  options with a computed  rrrean of 3.03, they agreed that since conring to


        the institutioq  they halr developed  close, peruonal relationship  with at least one fbculty

        nrember with a computed  rnean of 3.84, when it comes to fuculty skilis in teaching.
