                  Based on the result of the study, tlie folloil'ing conclusions  were drawn.

                 The participants  wlre born on the month of May, year 1992. Majority of the

          participant's  ages 22 yefi's old, female, sirrgle and siitl live with their palents.

          Farticipants  parent's educational attainment were High School graduates.  Ivtost of


          participanfs  live in their  -.rirrent  pLace siirce birtl:. Sonie lives in the ciq, befbre they

          mol,ed in their current place.


                 Participants' average  tuition fee per sem ranges 9,000-11,000. They completed

          their college degree  for eiglrt semester with an allow'ance per *,eek ranges to 500 or les.s.


          They spent 2,000 or less for books, less than 2,000 for co-curricular  activities.  iurd spent

          1,000 or less for extra-curricular  activities. The participants stay in their own home while


          studying  and support their college education with their parents.  Tliey took civil sen,ice

          examinations for the first 1ime. They pursued advance trainings that is related to their


          pr'ct'ession  tbr prof'essionai  development.  Organization is the one who implernented  tlreir

          training  and the one who paid for their training  wes their employer.

                  Majodty of participant's  worked for at least one hour during the past rveek and


          rnost of them rl'ere working in IT Com, private establishments as aperrnanent employees.

          Participants  *arked lor I horus per day and did not want more hours of wor* during the


          past week. Majority of the participant's  has a monthl,v  basis of payment in their current

          work, earns more than 350 per day and eanrs Pi2, 000 or less rrronthly. Most of tlr.e CvSLi

          graduates  had their first job afler college. Some of the participants ielt their previous job

          and switched fo tlieir current job because of Salaries and beriefits. Farticipants
          approached direct ernployer in finding  their job and accept their job  because it is a perf'ect
