➢ Present evidences that the Dean implements policies and procedures on internal
operations of the College.
Implementation of policies and procedures by the (College Dean) on internal operations
of the College is based on policies ordered by higher authorities. Examples of such include
the implementation of the following:
• A four-day work week of the University;
• Attendance to flag ceremony of the University employees every Monday of the week;
• Wearing of prescribed uniform for all regular and contractual University personnel;
and
• Other college based policies
