7. The library collection is inadequate in terms of books, journals and audio-visual
materials.

8. Every major field of specialization should be covered by at least three (3)
journals titles subscription.

9. Budget for the improvement of the library resources is inadequate.

10. Lack of MOA to be signed by those who donated books and other instructional
materials to form part of the documents for linkages.

11. The security measures of the library are not adequate.

12. Some of the library furniture needs repair.

13. Internet and Wi-Fi services for students and faculty members are not available.

14. The following standard furniture and equipment for the Campus Library are not
available:
 magazine display shelves;
 newspaper rack;
 carrels;
 vertical file cabinet;
 atlas stand;
 bulletin board;
 map and globe stand;
 book trucks;
 barcode reader;
 printer;
 photocopying machine; and
 cardex/rotadex.

Recommendations

1. It is suggested to include the Campus Librarian in academic and administrative
meetings and events of the Campus.

2. It is tightly suggested to extend the library space to accommodate at least ten
percent (10%) of the total population in a time.

3. The Campus Librarian together with the library/support staff may attend to
seminars/trainings relevant to library science.
