1. The university allocates budget to the extension services unit for the extension
programs/ projects and activities.
2. There are linkages that support the extension program either by participation or
monetary assistance.
3. There is a budget allocation on each of the extension activities.
4. There are sustainable facilities and equipment for the extension activities.
