4. Pre-Operation and Operation Instructions

4.1) Pre-Operation Instructions

CAUTION! (Note: Applicable to CSGP-2H & CSGP-10)
 Make sure there is no oil and water on the equipment (CSGP-2N & CSGP-10)

platform that may cause slip and fall injury.
 Insert the lever (figure 3.1)
 Tighten the bolt to secure the lever onto the pivoting shaft (figure 3.2).
 Make sure all camp locks are tightly lock up (figure 3.3).
 Make sure the pressure gauge point at 0 psi or bar (figure 3.4)

4.2) Operation Instructions

 Adopt a secure footing on the platform of the pump (figure 3.5).
 Push forward the lever to pump the cement (figure 3.6).

 Figure 3.7 & 3.8 illustrate the manual pumping process of CSGP-1D pump.
