SERVICE PROCEDURE

    In the event of a break down, the purchaser has to contact our sales personnel or main
    service line to make a request for servicing. Purchaser has to provide the following
    information:

    1) Model/Serial no. of the machine.
    2) General Information of defects
    3) Company Name
    4) Details of Requester

    NOTE: Service is only available only on working days. Weekends and Public
    Holidays are excluded.
