                                     Healthy Habits


   It's important to have healthy habits to stay strong and feel good. First, you should get

   exercise every day. You can walk, run, play sports, or even dance. Exercise helps your body

   stay fit and strong.

   Second, you should eat healthy food. Eating lots of fruits and vegetables is very good for

   your health. You should also eat fish and meat because they give you energy. Avoid eating


   too many sweets and chips. They are not good for your body.

   Third, drinking enough water is very important. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water

   every day. Water keeps you healthy and helps you feel energetic.

   Finally, don't forget to sleep well. You should go to bed early and get enough sleep every

   night. Good sleep helps you feel rested and ready for the next day.
