A custom, automated reporting package provides a comprehensive MTD and YTD view of progress against established benchmarks. Travelers has complete access to one of the most robust tracking and reporting tools available in the industry. These easy-to-read reports can be downloaded in PDF and Excel formats 24/7. The Reports are available directly for administrators to pull at your convenience, or your Peerless account manager can provide reports for you. In addition, client-specific reports can be designed and configured during program development to meet specific needs.
Revolving Program Analysis – Every Six Months
How is Travelers doing, and how well is Travelers Rewards Value® driving those results? That’s the goal of this bi-annual analysis, ensuring that investment is driving incremental lift to the business, instead of just rewarding mid-high-level performance. The analysis includes:
• Review of sales productivity
• Review of overall company performance
• Trending of productivity by Sales, Producers, Agencies and Principals • Value of investment in incentives
• Comparison to previous incentives
• Comparables at overall company, region and market levels
