Project Brief
The client wanted to create a multi-story private residence;
the challenge was showing the building as a single residential
villa from the outside without reflecting the system of apart-
ments on the upper floors on the front facades. Therefore, we
took care of this facade to appear in the form of a modern vil-
la, and we placed the main staircase for all floors on the side
street. We concealed the staircase by pushing it inside, and
then a double canopy was placed on the front and side facades,
and it was entirely planted with native plants, and this worked
on adding a spirit to the dwelling and the facades in general.
