KenBellistheChairmanofIronCreekGroup,Inc. Mr.Bellhasover30yearsofexperienceinthewasteandrecyclingindustryandhasowned and operated numerous recycling facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada. In 1994, Mr. Bell founded BEST Recycling, Inc. which manages wasteandrecyclingfromAntarcticaandotherremotelocations. Overtheyears,Mr.Bellhasbuiltsuccessfulbusinessestakingonprojectsthat othercompanies didn’twant,oftenduetotheirextremelocationsorconditions. SomeoftheselocationsincludetheAleutianIslands,Green- land,theYukon,andAntarctica. Mr.BellhashelpedIronCreekfacilitatethelatestdesigninthermalremediationtechnology-theTECHZERO, atechnologyspeci callydesignedfordi cultwastes,extremeconditions,andremotelocations. Hisbroadrangeofexperienceintheindustry is an asset to Iron Creek’s strategic development. Mr. Bell and his companies hold numerous business awards and certi cations.
Chad Belenky is the President of Iron Creek Group Inc. where he is responsible for the management and oversight of all aspects of the business. At Iron Creek, Mr. Belenky oversees a broad range of environmental and remediation projects while providing corporate guidance and ensuring the company maintains a commitment to excellence. Mr. Belenky has been active in the environmental  eld since 1996 working on energy and resource industry sites throughout Western and Northern Canada. In conjunction with a technical background and diploma in LandResourceManagement,Mr.Belenkyhasover20yearsofindustrialandresourcesectorexperience. Thisincludesanextensivebackground in both soil and groundwater remediation, all phases of site reclamation, property transfer activities and project management. His experience includes completing Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), reclamation Detailed Site Assessments, remediation project design & implementation, surface reclamation operations and construction management.
At Iron Creek, Mr. Belenky manages the Thermal Remediation business which includes: Health & Safety leadership including the development and implementation of a corporate Health and Safety Management System; Senior technical support & project oversight for company services; Management of Human Resources; Business planning, development & marketing; Equipment purchasing, logistics, project planning and bid preparation. Mr. Belenky holds numerous training and management certi cations as well as Academic Excellence Awards.
Roger Richter is the VP of Operations of Iron Creek Group, Inc. Roger has been active in the thermal remediation industry for the last 23 years. He has vast experience in planning, mobilizing and completing local and remote remediation projects throughout the World. Mr. Richter possesses a proven track record on soil remediation projects using Hot Air Vapor Extraction, Indirect and Direct- red TDU’s, Enhanced Thermal Conduction and the M1 Technology. Mr. Richter’s experience includes the permitting, construction, and operation of several statio- nary treatment facilities in the U.S. He pioneered the design, development and construction of the technology known as Enhanced Thermal Conduction(ETC). Alsopioneeredthedesign,developmentandconstructionofthetechnologyknownasthe“M1Technology”. AtIronCreek, Mr.Richtermanages eldoperationsandtechnologydevelopment. Heholdsnumeroustrainingcerti cationsandhasbeenawardedanum- ber of thermal technology patents.
