Innovation Funding Specialists
We realise you have a business to run, so we’ve perfected a range of approaches to claiming grants, capital allowances, R&D tax relief and other incentives that keeps your time commitment to an absolute minimum.
We assign you an account manager, who will manage and co-ordinate all parties, in order to identify and secure effective innovation funding solutions. For companies with multi-country claims, we can manage the process at an individual country level or route all dialogue through your company’s headquarters. We will also help with the mapping of international funding opportunities and implementing them in your organisation – but more of that later.
Your account manager will be the day-to-day contact for your business, providing key account management and support for the partnership.
THEY WILL
meet with your designated key contact/partner on a regular basis to review activities and performance;
complete an initial evaluation of your full client list to identify those with innovation funding and/or incentive needs, based on their industry sector and proposition;
with your help, prioritise clients based on their financial year ends – to avoid missing important tax incentive claim deadlines, for example;
meet with each partner regularly to assess opportunities and update them on client progress;
engage with your clients in whichever way each partner decides, be that through: joint meeting | email introduction | direct approach;
meet with each targeted client and provide an overview of the innovation funding landscape, where required;
carry out an initial ‘screening’ exercise with each targeted client to gather high level information related to financial performance, the drivers for projects, improvements achieved and technical challenges faced;
submit this information to our Consultants, who’ll carry out a more detailed assessment of each client’s potential funding needs and eligibility for incentives. Once finalised, a contract can be issued and our specific Consultant appointed to carry out the work.
provide monthly reports to the business and each of the partners, summarising progress.
