THE RACHEL ROBINSON
INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIP
Since 2007, the Rachel Robinson International Fellowship (RRIF) has provided access and financial support
for select JRF Scholars to participate in international work-study and community service, commensurate
with JRF’s curriculum that addresses the global workforce. In 2017, JRF added to the RRIF program a two-
week annual service trip to Africa for each rising sophomore JRF class to ensure that an international
experience is part of their college careers.
In the summer of 2019, JRF’s Class of 2022 traveled to Longido, Tanzania, where they participated in the
construction of an elementary school and immersed themselves in this rich east African culture.
