AUDIENCE

MLC is held each year during the first weekend
in March in New York City and is the hallmark of
JRF’s mentoring curriculum, dubbed “42 Strategies
for Success”. The audience consists primarily of
some 240 minority college students, who attend
100 different colleges and universities across the
country and represent our current classes of JRF
Scholars. In addition, we expect 100+ JRF alumni –
many of whom are leaders in their chosen fields,
as well as JRF sponsors and supporters.

MLC 20/20: THE VISION CONFERENCE
REFLECT AND REFOCUS

A new decade is upon us. It provides a natural
moment to pause, refocus and with clear eyes and
minds envision our personal and professional paths
for the future. This year’s conference will give JRF
Scholars the opportunity to reconnect with core
values, gain deeper perspectives from peers and
mentors, and leverage new ideas from seasoned
professionals, community leaders and visionaries.
